Cake Flavours

Generally all cake flavours are finished with a smooth fondant icing covering and all will have a delicious chocolate ganache or butter cream layer between the icing and the cake.

No cakes contain nuts unless you ask for them and if you have particular needs such as gluten free then we are happy to make that especially for you.

Chocolate Mud

A heavy, moist chocolate cake for the real chocolate lover.

White Chocolate

A moist and flavoursome cake that also works beautifully with some berries added.

Coffee Mud

A delightful variation on the mudcake theme.

Orange Madeira

A light and simple cake for the traditionalists or those who don't like a very rich cake.

Banana

A firm favourite among cake flavours this cake is moist and delicious.

Carrot

A sweet and flavourful cake, this is carrot cake with a pineapple twist that will win you over. Walnuts are optional.

Classic Rich Fruit Cake

Rich fruit cake is essential at Christmas and popular for traditional wedding cakes.

Special Requests

Other cake flavours can be accommodated if requested provided the resulting cake has a firm enough texture to take the weight of the icing. Unfortunately feather-light sponge isn't possible.
